Even though you have a legitimate reason to feel whatever it is that you are feeling … ask yourself if you want this feeling to be automatic.

Ask yourself if you enjoy living and feeling this emotion every day.

If not, then the only person who can stop it is you. And you stop it, by not practicing it … and by practicing something else in its place.

So, notice your emotional practice, and as they say, live your life by design, not by default.
